Fancy having a bash at something different?

Gemini FM (Devon) are leading the way again with this years Royal Marine Commando Challenge.

You can shoose between either the 3 mile "fun" assault course route, or the gruelling 7 mile course wich involves a two mile up hill run to the finish line.

The only thing guaraanteed on the course is that you will be covered in mud no matter what the weather... but don't worry about getting cleanat the end, Devon Fire and Rescue will be on hand to pressure hose you off at the end of your run with freezing cold water drawn straight from the stream!

On Saturday October 11th , 2008 at Cedar Crest Golf Course in Marysville, Washington State.

Starts at one PM.  This benefits the non-profit 501(C) (3)  organization called Equine Rescue Association. This is run completely by volunteers and is funded by donations and educational programs.

There will also be a silent auction with signed sports memorabilia, various contests and raffles and  a buffet dinner.
